A polishing machine with flexibilities in material and size is provided to improve productivity by performing synchronous polishing work with each rotation speed and compressive force according to the characteristic and machining condition of a number of small workpieces. A polishing machine with flexibilities in material and size comprises a transfer part which can freely transfer a polishing machine(20); an upper platen(10) in which one more polishing machines are installed, receiving power from a drive motor(21) capable of applying independent compression and torque; a lower platen(15), onto which a workpiece(17) to be polished is attached, and a guiderail(16) carrying the lower platen.
