An internal and external type conversion fixture is provided to enable the same implant operation by a half-number of fixtures. A coupling method of the internal and external type conversion fixture capable of conversion in various kinds of types on the basis of one kind of type comprises: a mode giving angle to the inside diameter of the fixture and steadily coupling; a mode digging the screw groove in the inside diameter of fixture and screw-type coupling; and a mode making the concave groove in the diameter of the fixture and coupling.
