A printing device is provided to construct a work stage for supporting a substrate in a moving manner to simplify the structure thereof, reduce a tact time required for a printing operation and remarkably decrease a tact time required to perform a printing operation on a small substrate. A printing device includes a blanket roll(40) which is rotatably arranged at a predetermined printing position and prints at least one of red, green and blue patterns on the surface of a substrate and a moving work stage(50) on which the substrate is mounted. The moving work stage interoperates with the blanket roll while moving to the printing position to perform the printing operation on the substrate. A plurality of air holes(51) for closely attaching the substrate to the surface of the moving work stage or separating the substrate from the moving work stage are formed on the surface of the moving work stage.
