An environment-friendly lubrication-free roller integrated point upper plate coupling device for a railroad turnout comprises a point upper plate composed of an upper plate, a sliding surface and a screw spike hole, an elastic clip composed of a rail pressing portion inserted to the sliding surface of the point upper plate and a square portion extended from the rail pressing portion to face each other and formed in a square, a bearing plate composed of a plate formed in a square, an incline projected to two sides of the plate to have the appointed gradient and a retreated groove formed in one side of the plate to the appointed depth, and a roller portion composed of a frame formed in a square at the side of the point upper plate and provided with an opening, and a roller cover provided with an opening.
