摘要 <p>Recombinant angiotensin I converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) polypeptide, where at least 80% of the possible N-glycosylation position of the polypeptide is glycosylated and the polypeptide shows a sugar portion of greater than 10% (mass-%, relative to the total ACE2-molecule), preferably greater than 20%, is new. Independent claims are included for: (1) a preparation comprising the recombinant ACE2 polypeptide, where the portion of ACE2 polypeptide with a molecular weight of under 100 kDa, preferably under 119 kDa, lies under 20%, preferably 0%; (2) ACE2 polypeptide or the preparation having a catalytic activity (Kcat) of at least 4/s, preferably 7.6/s for the conversion to angiotensin 1-7; (3) preparing recombinant ACE2 polypeptide or the preparation; and (4) a stable eukaryotic cell line transfected with an ACE2 coding polynucleotide, preferably Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells line, which expresses ACE2 polypeptide.
