BULBIL-ENLARGING CHEMICALS OF CHINES YAM AND BULBILING METHOD OF CHINES YAM USING THE SAME

A growing agent composition of the bulbel of D. opposita cv. tsukuneimo, and a method for cultivating bulbel of D. opposita cv. tsukuneimo by using the composition are provided to promote the growth of bulbel more effectively. A growing agent composition of the bulbel of D. opposita cv. tsukuneimo, comprises gibberellin; and auxin (indole-3-acetic acid). Preferably the composition is prepared by adding the 2-3% quicklime solution containing 0.02-0.05 %(v/v) of boric acid (Na2B4O7-10H2O) and 0.0002-0.0006 %(v/v) sodium molybdenate (Na2MoO4) to a mixture solution containing 0.04-0.08 %(v/v) of gibberellin and 0.001-0.003 %(v/v) auxin, and adding 2.1-2.7 mL of 36% HCl solution to the mixture solution to control the pH to be 6.1-6.5.
