An organic electroluminescent display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simplify a circuit configuration of a pixel by compensating for a threshold voltage by using an element with a nonvolatile memory. A source of a first transistor is connected to a first power source and a drain is connected to a first node. The gate is connected to a second node. A source of a second transistor is connected to a data line and a drain is connected to a second node. The gate is connected to a scan line. A source of a third transistor is connected to the first node and a drain is connected to an organic electroluminescent diode. A gate is connected to a light emitting control line. A first electrode of a capacitor is connected to the first power source and a second electrode is connected to the second node. The gate of the first transistor is composed of a pixel(101) including a floating gate, a control gate formed on the floating gate, and an insulating layer formed between the floating gate and the control gate.
