An ultra violet reaction bath filter for purifying air using an optical catalyst is provided to reduce consumption of energy, to have high effectiveness and to treat industry wastewater at a cheap production cost using a light reaction system. An ultra violet reaction bath filter for purifying air using an optical catalyst contains a gas inlet, a filter for eliminating dust, an optical catalyst ultra violet reaction bath filter and a gas exhaust port. A 254nm of ultra-violet ray lamp layer(8) and a 365nm of ultra-violet ray lamp layer(10) are inserted hand in hand between a photocatalyst part textile filter layer and photocatalyst part textile filter layers(7,9,11) in the optical catalyst ultra violet reaction bath filter.
