The device i.e. tab (8), has a rear end section (2) fixed to a partition of a building, an intermediate section (1), and a front end section (3) connected to a frame element (5). A lateral relief (30) of the front end section includes a support surface (34) partially turned towards the rear end section, and a support surface (35) partially turned towards the front opposite to the rear end section, where the support surfaces retain the frame element. The lateral relief radially extends towards exterior relative to a geometrical axis (10) of an extension direction of the intermediate section.
