摘要 The hypoxia-inducible vector 1 (HIF-1) is a regulator of genes actuated in hypoxia conditions, it is involved in human diseases and constitutes a target for anticancer medicines. The control of HIF-1 in human cells is complicated. A sackaromyces cerevisiae strain bearing a system of adequately modified plasmid DNA structures is created to study the HIF-1 in a simple and genetically controllable organism. This system allows on one hand the production of operational recombined human HIF-1 in sackaromyces and on the other hand the measurement of the transcription activity of the produced HIF-1 via the composition of an enzyme easily determined in an optical or spectrophotometric manner. This strain may be used for the detection and identification of chemical substances and biological vectors hindering the action of the HIF-1 and having potential anticancer properties.
