The arrangement has a fixation system fixing a component i.e. inner opening control box (6), on an inner separation wall (3) of a casing and including an element i.e. cage-nut (11), that is assembled in a rectangular opening (9) of the wall. A rectangular elastic deformable plate (12) is adhered on the wall and arranged between the wall and a support surface (7), where the plate is made of water-impermeable foam. The plate has an orifice (8) for passing another fixation element i.e. screw (10), and an adhesive surface that is stuck against the wall.
