The device has rigid and flexible submergible container (1) closing a mixture (2) of crystalline marine salt (3) e.g. coarse salt or fleur de sel, representing major weight fraction of the mixture and an aromatic or condiment (4) e.g. curry, where the aromatic or condiment is partially insoluble in water. The container is made of non woven fiber, and has a wall part permeable to water forming diffuser at a submerged state of the device in water or cooking juice.
