The case (1) has an opening closed by a detachable hood (4) in a sealed manner. A lamp (2) or a set of lamp is penetrated in the hood (4) when the hood is placed on the case. A hand or tool of the user is introduced for penetrating the hand or tool in the opening through an upper opening edge (1a) of side the case. The opening is formed far away from a rear immediate environment of the case and an lower opening edge (1b) of the opposite side of the case. A hood has a hull made of polypropylene and a contact surface made of ethyle-propylene-diene.
