PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aroma composition capable of keeping the effect made by aroma components of leaf alcohol or leaf aldehyde as it is for a long period of time and to use the composition as it is or as filler for various health-enhancing products. SOLUTION: The aroma composition contains components (A)-(D), that is, (A) 1-10 wt.% highly polymerized water-absorptive polymer, (B) 60-85 wt.% water, (C) 3-15 wt.% extract of one or both of the leaf alcohol and the leaf aldehyde and (D) 10-25 wt.% glycerine and can be filled and sealed in a gas permeable packaging film.
