PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide coke having extremely high strength without increasing pluverized coal with a particle diameter of≤0.3 mm and reducing the bulk density of a blended coal. SOLUTION: Coals of respective brands composing the blended coal are crushed with respect to a coarse inert structure with the maximum length of≥1.5 mm, further, based on the influence degrees of the surface broken powder ratio DI<SP>150</SP><SB>-6</SB>and volume broken powder ratio DI<SP>150</SP><SB>6-15</SB>of cokes per size division, and the existing ratio of the structure.
