PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a fender body from a collision object such as a standing tree. SOLUTION: The fender device for the traveling vehicle has the fender body 3 for covering an upper part and a front part of the tire; and a pair of front and rear mounting units 5, 6 mounted to the traveling vehicle body 4 positioned at an upper part and a front lower part at an inner peripheral side of the fender body 3. A guard member 7 is provided from a front part to a rear part of an outer side edge 3a of the fender body 3, and mounting members 8, 9 co-fastened to the respective front and rear mounting units 5, 6 with the fender body 3 are provided at front and rear parts of the guard member 7. Attachment parts 10 for attaching the rear mounting unit 6 to the traveling vehicle body 4 side are formed at a plurality of vertical positions, and the mounting parts 11 mounted to the front mounting unit are formed on a front lower part of the fender body 3 and a front mounting member 8 of the guard member 7 at a plurality of vertical positions.
