PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve discharge efficiency and to improve the efficiency of micronizing steam by being able to prevent the disturbance of electric field distribution due to dew condensation in a simple structure of arranging a water absorbent closely to a discharge needle. SOLUTION: The beauty appliance is provided with a steam generating mechanism 10 for micronizing the steam generated by heating water supplied from a water supply route 24 by a discharge part 74 and jetting it from a steam nozzle 1. The discharge part 74 is provided with the discharge needles 31 and 31' exposed inside a steam route 26 where the steam passes through, and the water absorbent 70 arranged closely to the discharge needles 31 and 31' for absorbing water on the surface of the discharge needles 31 and 31'.
