PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely carry out the positioning of a harness lug on a side plate of a side cover, while suppressing rattling of the harness lug. SOLUTION: The first harness lug 70 is constituted so that the lower body part 72a may engage with an attaching recessed part surrounded by the first recessed part 71a formed in the first side plate 11a and the second recessed part 71b formed in the first side cover 13a. In the case, when the first side cover 13a in a substantially disc shape is mounted on the first-side plate 11a in a substantially disc shape; the rattling of the first harness lug 70 is prevented from being caused based on both of the first side cover 13a and the first side plate 11a, by engaging the lower body part 72a of the first harness lug 70 with the attaching recessed part surrounded by the first recessed part 71a, formed in the first side plate 11a and the second recessed part 71b formed in the first side cover 13a that enables positioning of the first-side cover 13a to the first-side plate 11a to be carried out surely.
