PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To feed a printing base material correctly while reducing an operator's load. SOLUTION: Printing material information related to an already performed printing job is stored and registered at each printing base material. Before the printing base material is fed by an operator, identification information to identify the printing base material to be fed is acquired, and the printing material information registered is retrieved on the basis of the acquired identification information. If the printing base material is already registered, the feed information which shows a direction and an arrangement at the time of feeding the printing base material, an already-printed image and the like are displayed on a screen.
