A method for reworking an aircraft wing, attached to an aircraft fuselage, to reduce a propensity for advanced dynamic changes is described. The reworking method includes verifying components (50) of the aircraft wing are in a condition acceptable for reworking, removing at least one existing fastener 52) from the wing, reworking the at least one fastener hole (58, 62) using a coldworking process, and installing an oversized fastener into the at least one reworked fastener hole.
