Specifically disclosed is a thermoelectric conversion module comprising a thermoelectric device and an electrode fixed to the thermoelectric device. The electrode is provided with a cavity. Also specifically disclosed is a thermoelectric heat generation system comprising a heat source and the thermoelectric conversion module. In this thermoelectric heat generation system, heat from the heat source is supplied to the thermoelectric device through the electrode and the substrate.
