<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving method and a driving circuit for stable and definite switching operation of a transistor that configures a bridge even if a power supply voltage of the bridge varies in a broader range. <P>SOLUTION: The output current of a current mirror circuit as a constant-current source is converted into voltage by allowing the same output current to flow in a resistor, thereby turning on the transistor that configures the bridge by the voltage. On the other hand, a transistor that switch operates is provided at an input section of the current mirror circuit to turn off the transistor, the output current of the current mirror circuit is allowed to be zero by by-passing the input voltage of the current mirror circuit into the switch transistor.
