<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain online diagnostic method and apparatus which can generate a pseudo reception wave having a data error and constitutes diagnosis by calculating BER. <P>SOLUTION: In the online diagnostic apparatus of wireless base station equipment including a demodulation section 60 consisting of a circuit 63 for demodulating a reception signal, a section 61 for generating a pseudo reception wave for diagnosis, a self diagnosis circuit 64 for measuring the error rate of received data, and a circuit 62 for receiving the reception signal and the pseudo reception wave and selecting any one of them, and an MPU 55 for controlling the demodulation section 60, error data or an interference wave is employed as the data of the pseudo reception wave generating section 61, and the bit error rate is measured by receiving the error data or interference wave inserted into the signal route of reception signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
