<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon dioxide-recovering device using aqueous ammonia which effectively cools absorption heat generated in a process of recovering carbon dioxide contained in exhaust gas by using aqueous ammonia, and minimizes the generation of ammonia salt to improve a carbon dioxide recovering rate, and a method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The carbon dioxide-recovering device absorbs and recovers carbon dioxide from carbon dioxide-containing exhaust gas by using an absorption liquid comprising aqueous ammonia. In addition, the device includes an absorption tower in which circulation coolers are connectedly installed, the circulation coolers recovering the high-temperature absorption liquid to release the absorption heat generated when the carbon dioxide is absorbed, from the exhaust gas, cooling it to a preliminarily fixed temperature and then re-supplying it. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
