PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle traveling support device capable of determining a route corresponding to a driver's skill, and performing traveling support corresponding to the driver's skill by using the route. SOLUTION: A database reading part 9 acquires each risk Rall in all routes from a starting point PS to a terminal point PG set by a destination setting part 8. A normal risk calculation part 10 calculates a normal riskθfrom all risks stored in a map database 7. A filter part 11 extracts a route having only a risk below the normal riskθfrom among each risk Rall in all the routes from the starting point PS to the terminal point PG.
