PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge quantity measuring device capable of measuring the discharge quantity of a functional liquid from a plurality of heads while keeping excellent discharge conditions of the heads, and a droplet discharge device. SOLUTION: The discharge quantity measuring device is provided with a measuring vessel 89 receiving the discharged droplets from one head from among the plurality of the heads discharging the functional liquid as the droplets in a state of facing one head selected as an object for measuring the quantity of discharged droplets, an electronic balance 87 measuring the weight of the functional liquid collected through the measuring vessel 89 and a discharge receiving plate 81 facing another object and receiving the discharge from another head to keep the discharge state of the droplets from another head in a state in which the measuring vessel 89 faces one head.
