<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector for a flat harness capable of improving assembling performance while obtaining a tension relieving mechanism to suppress an influence of an external force to the flat harness as much as possible. <P>SOLUTION: This connector 1 for the flat harness has a connector housing 10 in which a terminal of the flat harness 30 having a plurality of belt-like conductors 31 are housed, and the connector housing 10 has a connector connecting part 11 formed at the tip side, and a cap housing 20 and a base housing 50 as a pair of terminal holding parts formed on the base end side while having structures capable of holding the flat harness 30 by being opened and closed in the thickness direction. A plurality of engagement grooves 23 are formed on the holding surface of the cap housing 20, and a plurality of engagement parts 53 engaged with the engagement grooves 23 are formed on the holding surface of the base housing 50 to hold the flat harness 30 in a corrugated state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
