PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid-sealed type vibration damping device that can make component parts common and can perform good parts management even when specifications of valve bodies are different. SOLUTION: A valve 70 is provided that can switch a second orifice passage 124 communicating with a pressure-receiving chamber 121 and an equilibrium chamber 122 into an open state and a closed state. The switch of the valve 70 is performed by the action of an electromagnetic force occurring by an electrical continuity of the coil 92. Then, a control-signal-generating circuit 2, which generates state switching control signals of the valve 70, is formed and arranged separately from the coil 92. Furthermore, the power amplifier circuit 100, which supplies an electric current to the coil 92 by amplifying the state switching control signals, constitutes an actuator unit 1, which is attached integrally to the coil 92 and the like and arranged separately from the control-signal-generating circuit 2.
