PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave shielding material roll body for a display which has high transparency, excellent electromagnetic wave shield performance, less partial variations in the electromagnetic wave shield performance, high productivity and is fed in a roll state. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic wave shielding material roll body for a display has a metal mesh pattern provided on a transparent base material with a predetermined interval in the longitudinal direction of the transparent base material and is fed in the rolled state. The metal mesh pattern has a conductive mesh pattern and a plating layer electrolytically plated on the conductive mesh pattern. A shielding frame made of a metal mesh or a metal thin film is arranged around the metal mesh pattern. A feed layer for electrolytically plating which is in contact with both the external sides in the width direction of the shielding frame and is projected from the shield frame, in one of the front and the back of the longitudinal direction of the shield frame is provided.
