PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin resin composition which is improved in printability, coating properties, adhesive properties, antistatic properties and the like, by an easy method and using a simple apparatus, and a molded article. SOLUTION: The modified polypropylene resin composition is produced by melt-kneading 100 pts.wt. of a polypropylene resin (component A), 10-150 pts.wt. of a compound (component B) having a polyoxyalkylene chain in the molecule and an ethylenically unsaturated double bond at its end, 0.01-10 pts.wt. of an organic peroxide (component C) and 1-50 pts.wt. of a compound (component D) having no polyoxyalkylene chain in the molecule and having an ethylenically unsaturated double bond at its end.
