PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsion cosmetic which remarkably excels not only in a feeling of use but also in the storage stability of preparations even with a high content of a liquid oil. SOLUTION: The emulsion cosmetic contains: (A) 40-80 wt.% oil which is liquid at room temperature; (B) a nonionic surface active agent; and (C) polyoxypropylene sorbitol; and (D) 10-40 wt.% water.
