PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for treating hair, having improved stability. SOLUTION: This composition for treating the hair is characterized by comprising (A) at least one of glucosaminoglycan compounds, such as hyaluronic acid, hyaluronic acid salts, chondroitin sulfuric acid, chondroitin sulfuric acid salts, dermatan sulfate, and dermatan sulfate salts, (B) L-theanine, and (C) an ionic surfactant.
