PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new paper band which has a sufficient tensile strength and does not generate a harmful substance as a synthetic resin when incinerated and allows printing to be beautifully applied to and is easily wound in a roll shape without using a paper tube. SOLUTION: The paper band 3 has a base 1' which is formed into a laminated flat strip shape by bonding paper tapes T with an adhesive 39. A core part 87 for winding is formed by winding one end side of the paper band 3 and solidifying it with the adhesive 39.
