PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a possibility wherein the number of parts is increased and weight is also increased, and there is no portion inferior in terms of strength and deformed under an excessive load near a fixed part of a recliner, when a reinforcement board is disposed to an outer surface of a base bracket to catch the base bracket between the recliner and the reinforcement board. SOLUTION: The base bracket 12 has an extension part 12c extended in a rear tilt direction (direction R) of an arm plate 14, and a bead 13 is molded to the extension part at a position not overlapped with the recliner 16 and is extended in an approximately horizontal direction. Since the bead 13 is not overlapped with the recliner 16, a space S inferior in terms of strength is left between the recliner and the bead, in the vicinity of the fixed part of the recliner. If an excessive load is generated by rear end collision, the base bracket 12 is deformed at the space S, the load acting on the recliner 16 is released to and absorbed into the base bracket.
