PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress temperature rising of an operator cab which is caused by the air from a cooling fan for an oil cooler. SOLUTION: A construction machine comprises: a travelling body 1; a turning body 2 rotatably disposed on a travelling body 1; and the operation chamber 5 mounted on the turning body 2; an engine room 4 formed on the turning body 2; an oil cooler 21 erected on the turning body outside of the engine room 4; a cooling fan 22 disposed to be opposed to the oil cooler 21, and discharging cooling air which has passed through the oil cooler 21 and sucked therein, to an upper space of the turning body 2; and a duct 30 changing a flow direction of the cooling air discharged from the cooling fan 22 to suppress the flow of the cooling air to the operation chamber 5 on the turning body.
