PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the adhesiveness of a siloxane-bonded main layer with a cured resin layer when the transfer layer of a pressure-sensitive transfer material is composed of the low-wettable siloxane-boded main layer and the cured resin layer provided thereon, and further to prevent the occurrence of "burst" or "pinhole" in the cured resin layer. SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive transfer material comprises a releasable base film and the transfer layer provided thereon. The transfer layer has a layered structure wherein the siloxane-bonded main layer formed of a silane compound, acidic compound and fine powder of silica, and the cured resin layer formed of a polyfunctional monomer, silane compound and acidic compound are adjacent to each other.
