The loudspeaker has a rectangular diaphragm (1) whose edges are fastened to a housing. A horizontal bar of an oscillating arm is fastened with a center of the diaphragm, and is connected to a vertical bar of the arm. A vertical bar of the arm supports a permanent magnet (5) on one end, and an immovable hinge (4) on another end. The permanent magnet is arranged to be co-operative with an electrical coil (6), and the vertical bar is spring-loaded by a spring (7). The co-operative permanent magnet and the electrical coil are provided outside a surface of the diaphragm.
