PROJECTOR, IMAGE DISPLAY DEVICE, AND IMAGE PROCESSING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convert resolution easily while preventing deterioration of performance of an image processing device.

SOLUTION: Fixed resolution for converting resolution of an input image is set in the image processing device in advance. A first resolution conversion part of the image processing device converts the input image into a fixed resolution conversion image having resolution being equal to at least resolution in the horizontal direction among the fixed resolutions and outputs it. A second resolution conversion part of the image processing device converts the fixed resolution conversion image output from the first resolution conversion part into a display resolution conversion image having desired resolution and outputs it.
