<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin-made sliding bearing which effectively prevents toner powder from intruding into the clearance between sliding surfaces without applying a large braking force to a rotating shaft, even if it is used for the rotating shaft exposed to the toner powder in a development part or the like of the devices of copiers, printers, facsimiles, or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The sliding bearing 1 is equipped with a synthetic resin-made inner bush 2, and a synthetic resin-made outer bush 4 pivoting the inner bush 2 with the axis center 3 as the center.
