<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder and grain recovery apparatus capable of recovering powder and grain at a high recovery rate, even if the powder and grain to be recovered are of trace quantity. <P>SOLUTION: This powder and grain recovery apparatus is constituted to recover the powder and grain which are recovery objects, into a recovery container through suction of air. The internal space of the recovery container is partitioned by a stopper member, having a permeable filter, to form a powder and grain recovery space and an air suction space; a lead-in pipe is provided to airtightly penetrate the stopper member so that a powder and grain discharge port is opened into the powder and grain recovery space, and an exhaust pipe is provided so that an air suction port opens to the air suction space. The powder and grain are led into the powder and grain recovery space by sucking air in the powder and grain recovery space via the filter and is separated and recovered in the powder and grain recovery space. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
