<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid oxide fuel cell easy to manufacture and with manufacturing cost reduced. <P>SOLUTION: The solid oxide fuel cell 10 is provided with a flat-plate solid electrolyte substrate 1, of which, a cathode electrode layer 2 is formed in a flat-plate shape on one face, and an anode electrode layer 3 is formed in a flat-plate shape, the cathode electrode layer 2 and the anode electrode layer 3 formed of the same electrode-forming material. Either or both of the cathode electrode layer 2 and the anode electrode layer 3 contain the electrode-forming material and the solid electrolyte, and a density of the solid electrolyte in either the cathode electrode layer 2 or the anode electrode layer 3 is increased as it approaches the solid electrolyte substrate 1. Further, the solid oxide fuel cell 10 is formed by baking the solid electrolyte substrate 1, the cathode electrode layer 2 and the anode electrode layer 3 at the same time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
