BACULOVIRUS TRANSFER VECTOR, RECOMBINANT BACULOVIRUS, RECOMBINANT BACULOVIRUS EXPRESSION SYSTEM, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING RECOMBINANT PROTEIN UTILIZING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for expressing a protein in an appropriate amount while suppressing coagulation occurrence in a baculovirus expression system so as to expect the intracellular quality control of the protein expressed.

SOLUTION: A baculovirus transfer vector including the constitutions (b) and (c) described below from left to right is provided. A recombinant baculovirus with an extraneous gene transferred by the above vector is also provided. Besides, a baculovirus expression system and a method for producing a recombinant protein and/or a polypeptide utilizing the same are provided, respectively. The constitutions (b) and (c) are as follows: (b) an enhancer DNA domain including at least one baculovirus HRs-retaining palindrome sequence consisting of a specific sequence; and (c) a DNA domain including a baculovirus vp39 gene-derived promoter domain.
