<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting element array which offers a high-definition, sufficient light emission strength and a fine light emission pattern, and can be manufactured easily. <P>SOLUTION: The light-emitting element array includes a plurality of light-emitting element blocks B1 to Bi having an array of light-emitting thyristors T1 to Tk consisting of groups of N light-emitting thyristors T (N: 4 thyristors in the present case) with anodes 1 connected to each other, at least N lateral gate lines G1 to G5 each connected separately to the gate electrode 2 of each of different light-emitting thyristors T making up each light-emitting element block B, a line conductor 3 which is laid across N light-emitting thyristors T in the direction of the thyristor array to interconnect the anodes 1, and an extension conductor E which is connected to the line conductor 3 and is extended to the outside of one side Y1 of the light-emitting element block B. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
