NON-CONTACT IC TAG, CUSTOMER ACTION ANALYSIS SYSTEM USING THE SAME, ARTICLE DISPLAY STATE MONITORING SYSTEM, AND ARTICLE INFORMATION DISPLAY SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact IC tag applicable to a system that can analyze purchase actions of customers even though an IC tag reading means does not cover the entire store, and a customer action analysis system using the non-contact IC tag.

SOLUTION: The non-contact IC tag non-contactly transmits data stored in a memory to a reader in response to a request from the reader. In this case, an acceleration memory for detecting acceleration is provided to store acceleration data detected by the acceleration sensor in the memory. The customer action analysis system includes a shopping cart to which the non-contact IC tag for detecting acceleration and storing the acceleration in a memory when moved and which is moved by a customer, and a customer action analyzing device for calculating movement information of the customer moving the shopping cart on the basis of the acceleration data stored in the memory, identification information of the shopping cart and antenna installation position information acquired any of a plurality of antennas installed in the store.
