<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor, a service provision system and a recording medium, prompting a plurality of customers to simultaneously come to a store, and capable of efficiently taking in a specific customer segment that is a target, by providing different service depending on relation between the customers coming to the store by the store side. <P>SOLUTION: This information processor 20 reads information of the recording medium recording the relation between the customers possessed by the plurality of customers each purchasing a commodity. It is decided whether to provide the service or not from the relation between the customers read from the recording medium possessed by a certain customer, and the relation between the customers read from the recording medium possessed by another customer.
