<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a difference in characteristics of at least two TFTs constituting a current mirror through a simple configuration while maintaining an advantage of a current mirror circuit. <P>SOLUTION: An organic EL pixel circuit includes: the current mirror circuit 10 having two TFTs, two current input terminals and two output terminals; and an organic EL element 20 connected to the current mirror circuit, and supplies a current to the organic EL element 20 via the current mirror circuit 10.
