<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the security at the time of direct printing in an image forming device having a direct printing capability. <P>SOLUTION: File information (a file name and user information) is determined by the print file unit stored in an external storing device. In addition, direct printing is permitted when the file information of the print file stored in the first external storing device is in agreement with the file information of the print file stored in the second external storing device.
