<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relay unit capable of improving both assembling operability and utility efficiency, in the unit equipped with an input/output insulating circuit connecting the input side to the output side in an insulating structure to output a signal in response to an input signal, and a switching circuit for switching across output terminals in accordance with the output signal of the input/output insulating circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The relay unit is constituted of the input/output insulating circuit connecting the input side to the output side in the insulating structure, and the switching circuit for switching between the output terminals in accordance with the output signal of the input/output insulating circuit. Further, the unit is mounted with the input/output insulating circuit connected to the switching circuit, and has a lead frame with a lead for input/output terminal extended from a predetermined position by bending it at the predetermined position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
