<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment achieved in weight reduction, and a hinge device used for this electronic equipment. <P>SOLUTION: A cam mechanism with a cam member 216 provided at a shaft 221 can be formed without providing another cam member separately from a first bracket 210 by providing a cam 215A at an arm 215 of the first bracket 210. Consequently, it is possible to give proper torque to a hinge shaft 230 according to the cam engaging state of the cam mechanism and to enable the reduction of the number of parts. Additionally, it is possible to make the hinge devices 21, 22 light in weight since the small cam mechanism constituted of the cam 215A and the cam 216 is provided at a shaft separated in the axial direction of the hinge shaft 230 from a second bracket 240. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
