<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air purifier capable of efficiently removing floating dusts, odorants and germs in the air. <P>SOLUTION: The air purifier comprises a nozzle 3 to discharge a liquid supplied from a liquid supply means 9, an insulating tube 4 rotatably applied to the nozzle 3 with at least a striped conductor 5 provided on the outer surface in a longitudinal direction thereof, a means 6 to rotate the insulating tube 4, a ring-shaped counter electrode 7 provided to the nozzle 3 with a space therebetween, and a power source 12 to apply a DC high voltage between the nozzle 3 and the counter electrode 7.
